(Polski) The project in Białystok proves that it’s possible to create a unique playground with the helping hands of involved teachers, parents and local inhabitants. The Bialystok’s kindergarten playground project was financed with the Participatory Budget funds which allowed us to create a scientific playground for the youngest inhabitants of the city. It’s the kindergarten’s mission to provide children with a comprehensive development following their actual needs and capabilities. Therefore the playground was equipped with sensory devices such as Musical Panel or Sensory Panel, as well as optical illusions devices such as Optical Wheel and Distorting Mirrors but also Newton’s Cradle and Chinese Whispers which help in understanding various physical phenomena.
