The construction of the Park in Łagiewniki is a very large undertaking, which consists of several projects of the Citizens’ Budget of the City of Krakow:
Thanks to the commitment of many people, a wonderful place was created where everyone can relax and unwind. Plenty of activities have been prepared for children. In addition to the physical activity zone (swings, trampolines, rope slide), an educational space was created, where several of our devices were installed: an optical wheel, a periscope, a sundial and rain pipes.
The whole space received new planting: new trees, bushes and many perennials were planted. Right next to it, a Magnolia Corner was created and planted with beautiful magnolias.
The collaboration has created a great place for recreation and relaxation. Such spaces not only bring local communities together and give them the opportunity to deepen and build new neighbourly relationships, but they also become a landmark of the city.
