No, acts of vandalism are not covered under warranty. Vandalism is considered improper use of the equipment (not in line with its intended purpose).
With the purchase of the equipment, the client receives a warranty booklet, certificates, and installation instructions. For the purchase of an Eco-Kitchen, a free e-book with play scenarios is included.
The lead time for equipment is 6 to 8 weeks, counted from the moment the contract is signed. In the summer, the lead time may be extended, but we always inform clients at the offer preparation stage.
Yes, self-installation is possible, but this must be communicated during the offer preparation stage, where the sales department will send installation instructions for review, allowing the client to decide which option is best.
Warranty is valid , as long as the installation is proceed according to our’s instructions.
Yes, but only certain equipment, such as the Eco-Kitchen or Eco-Memory, can be palletized. Other equipment should be treated as non-standard large items. Regardless of the courier service, the client must ensure there are people available to assist with unloading.
Equipment such as Eco-Memory, Elephant’s Ear, Animated Film, Educational Board, and Magnetic Board with a ball track, is possible for an additional fee.
Yes, colours can be changed from the industrial RAL palette. This must be requested during the offer and contract preparation stage. This option comes with an additional fee.
Our equipment does not require special rubber safety surfaces, which significantly reduces investment costs. In addition to reducing costs, the absence of artificial surfaces makes the play area look aesthetic and natural.
